How do I know if I have the proper security clearance to attend an event?

You can contact to confirm access. In addition, the 24-hour reminder email that we send will have specifics on where to check-in if it is necessary.

Do I need an appointment?

It is strongly recommended that you schedule your appointment in advance; it is the only way to ensure you will receive a free biometric screening the day the tour is at your location. And, pre-registration will let you find the time that is most convenient to you. However, we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins as time allows on the event date.

Why should I sign up?

Biometric screening will give you valuable information to help determine if you are at risk for serious health conditions. Participant testimonials have stated that until their screening they thought they were healthy, only to find out that they have high blood pressure or high cholesterol and they didn’t even know it. Make your appointment today and encourage your co-workers – you might just save a life!

Who sees my Biometric results?

Your biometric results are NEVER seen by Delta Air Lines – that would be a violation of your privacy under HIPAA regulations. Your results and participation will be shared with Rally and UnitedHealthcare and of course will be known by your professional health screener. All data is encrypted for secure transmission.

Will the screener draw blood?

Our health screeners obtain a small sample via a virtually painless finger stick

How long will the Screening Tour be onsite at my location?

Screening schedules and times will vary based on your location. Please check the schedule to confirm available dates and times. For larger locations the tour team might be there more than one day.

Do I have to “fast” prior to receiving a screening?

Fasting is strongly recommended as it delivers more accurate results. In addition, your Rally rewards are calculated on those results and any inaccuracy may reduce your reward amount. Fasting is defined as 12-14 hours without eating or drinking anything other than water.

How will I know what my numbers mean?

Your results will be available immediately during your screening and will be provided to you by your screener before you leave. That screener will also provide an explanation of what the results mean. It is always a good idea to share your results with your physician who may wish to do further testing and analysis. Your results will be available to view on Rally within a week or two of the event. Log into Rally or access Rally through and select Profile from the settings drop down menu for a complete list of the results from your screening.

Can I get a Flu Shot in addition to my Biometric Screening?

Flu shots are not being offered by the Biometric Screening Tour this year. However, employees and spouses enrolled in one of Delta’s Account-Based Medical Options can download the Flu Shot Voucher from Deltanet to receive Flu Shots at a participating Walmart.

How do I access my Biometric results from last year’s Delta Health Rewards Mobile Screening Program?

Please call Delta Health Direct at 877-912-1820 to access your results from previous onsite screenings.

If I cannot attend the Delta Health Rewards Tour at my location is there another way for me to complete my screening?

Yes. You have the option to complete your biometric screening at a physician’s office or local laboratory. Additional information on alternate site options can be found on the Delta Health Rewards page on Deltanet and at
